Exercise at Home program
Want to move better, feel better and live better but not interested in the class setting? Why not try our Exercise at Home Program. An individualised, program designed by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists that you can do at home whenever suits you best. You will receive regular coaching calls to keep you motivated and progressing towards your goals.
Move at Pace
Move at Pace is an exercise class ideal for participants who move confidently and live an active lifestyle. The class focuses on improving movement, balance, strength and general wellbeing while challenging participants to push outside their comfort zone. This class involves more advance chair based and body weight exercises.
Let’s Have a Conversation at Home
Let’s Have a Conversation at Home is a social and educational casual conversation delivered digitally. Join the Wellness Coordinators and guest speakers to learn about topics related to health and wellbeing and make new friends that you can connect with in the comfort of your home.
For over a year Rob and wife Julie have been enjoying the exercise programs on offer at the integratedliving Wellness Centre® in Ballina, NSW. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Rob and Julie have decided to transition to the At Home Wellness Programs where they have continued their exercise sessions at home, with guidance from our trainers Ben, Rob, and Jay.
We have found incorporating the activities into our everyday activities very helpful. This includes doing lunges in the kitchen while waiting for the jug to boil, step-ups with weights in front of the TV and using Thera-bands for a bit of chair yoga.

To sign up to one of our At Home Exercise Class, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 782 896 or book online below. Clients may be able to receive Government subsidised services through the My Aged Care process or can privately pay.
